Business engagement activities connect business to a qualified workforce and develop employment opportunities for individuals in the workforce.

Our team is dedicated, and bring diverse and local perspectives and ideas to solving some of the State’s most challenging workforce development policy problems. Our goals are to reduce the workforce shortage and increase Nevada’s labor force participation, diversify Nevada’s workforce to align with the State’s economic development efforts, and equip all Nevadans with the skills they need to succeed.
